Our return policy:
- Returns are only accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. A online shop credit will be given upon return of the item. No cash refunds are available.
- If it is determined that the product has a material defect or was incorrectly shipped through our error, you will receive a full refund for the item.
- If the item is damaged during shipment, inform us and we will contact the shipping contractor to process a damage claim and reship your order.
- At this time, product returns for reasons outside shipping/construction defects will not be accepted.
